Jesus is the reason 5.jpg Jesus is the reason 6.jpg Jesus is the reason 9.jpg The clear acrylic and translucent blue/red acrylic were cut with the laser. The "O"s were digitally printed, Ivy along the bottom was printed on clear vinyl.
The base was done on the CNC. Bottom layer is oak with Mission Oak stain. The top layer is red cedar with no stain. An unlikely species combination I suppose, that came about by sorting through the wood shelf and finding 2 pieces the size needed for the job. Both have been on the shelf for 20+ years, so it's time they found a home. LED strip light to light it up.
It's my first attempt at an edge light sign, so there's things I'd change if I did another one, but it was fun giving it a try.

Thanks Shan. This project has been sitting on my H.D. for years. I finally made the time to get it done.
