Combination Switch

Does anyone know where I can find a 3 combination switch with one of the switches being a 3 way? Trying to replace the attached switch. Leviton does not make one with a 3 way.

Thanks nealtw - I have found that option, but all 3 of those switches are single pole. I need 1 of them to be a 3 way switch, and the other 2 single.

What you have there is called Despard switches. 3 individual miniature switches mounted on a bracket. I believe you can still get them.

We had these in my childhood home. My dad built the house and was an electrician. It really allows you to pack a lot of switches in a small space.
