Hello all,
I am renting one unit in a multiunit home. Over the winter I noticed that the concrete around a couple of the poles supporting the 2nd floor porch was cracked; I found it concerning because when I was shoveling snow off the bottom level, the shovel was getting caught at the point where the pavement around the front pole is uneven (see photos). I didn't remember that happening the previous year. I told the landlord about it and she said she'd get it fixed, but I haven't heard anything since. Is this something a professional would be able to fix?
Thanks in advance
