I have a from walkway that had a brick veneer over the top of the concrete walk. I have removed the brick and want to refinish and repair the concrete. It has a layer of thin-set from the veneer that I have to remove in the process of refinishing. Could you your expertise on approach. Can I just get a walk-behind grinder that will knock down the thin-set and surface grind the walk, or do I need a tool to remove the thin-set as much as possible before grinding? Thanks,
