I have a fireplace that I need some color ideas for, I plan on using venetian plaster to going over the brick area, but I am unsure of what colors to go with. I also Have tile on the floor I want to replace but again get lost for color.
The living walls are in faux ragging and sponging earth tones cream base and cake brown top coat and there are hardwood floors just to give you a visual, oh yeah and the trim is frost white. If anyone has suggestions feel free to respond, the pic is my avatar for now. Thanks in advance.

If you could border it somehow, but I can't think of what. Do you have a banister ledge above the fireplace? You can always add pictures...etc.

It will look royal, if on the top, a big size statue of bronze or other be kept. Other than that, it will too look great if on the wall a oil painting with dark colors is hanged.
