So, one of the ladies at my church has a modular home that has some sort of weird siding. There are holes in it, and it's causing heat to escape from under the house. I think it's either Dryvit or Stucco.

I'm not looking to do a perfect repair job, just one that looks decent at a distance(I don't want to spend more than 2-3 hours on this).

I don't think there is a quick fix here, insulation under the floor would be best, whether this gets fixed or not.

She also had a cat get stuck under there. It needs sealed up.

I've tapered over stucco holes before, but that was drywall. This is somewhat different and I'm less confident that it's not dryvit, which I have not worked with before, and from reading a bit... seems to be less apt to take patching.

The guy that did this when it was new at least had tarpaper to sorta hold the product there. You can see it didn't wotk that well for him. I think you are going to get yourself into a mess if you try fixing it.
