System is constantly draining. I never noticed before and wonder how long it's been draining like that since it is operating correctly, 97% usually available. I had to reroute the drain hose which caught my attention.
Is there something I need to replace? Don't want to call the local pro that used me as a learning vehicle and charged me for his mistake.
Thanks in advance for your time!

What type of appliance are you talking about?

That info should be first, not everyone will know that model number and what it is.

Also, post pics of everything.

Sory, it's a water softener.

There are lots of little seals and valves inside the control head of a softener.
They open and close one by one to complete a regeneration cycle.

Lots of things can go wrong inside there.

You should contact the manufacturer tech support number for troubleshooting.
