Entry door oval glass trim replacement

Hi - I am trying to find a replacement trim piece, or frame that holds the oval glass in place on my front door. It is plastic, and pieces inside are broken and it will no longer screw together. It measures roughly 22.5 x 59.5. Any ideas? Thanks!

I have the exact same front door or at least looks the same.

Find the manufacture and give them a call or find their web page and they should sell the part you need.

Bud is correct and that is the way to go. The manufacturer tag should be on the hinge side of the door.

Thanks guys. What I'm reading on the hinge side of the door says 99D23CLTB. A Google search didn't show anything. Based on your experience can you point me towards he right manufacturer?

Looks like it might be a ReliaBilt Door sold by Lowes and manufactured by Jen Weld.
