Finishing Basement

We are considering finishing our basement. There is a window that we would like to include in a room, however it is right next to our boiler. I can’t see how we can put a wall to the right of this window. I feel that it would be in the way whenever we would need the boiler serviced. Any suggestions around this? Is it possible to split the window into 2 windows so that we could still utilize some sunlight? Any advice is much appreciated.

Thanks for the reply Neal! I will take that into consideration. I like the idea of the removable panels
