Folding Wall Bracket for Kitchen Counter

Need folding wall bracket for a 48" x 14" x 1 1/2" butcher block slab for extra counter space.

Would like something that is easy to use, avoiding pinched fingers and sharp edges.
I have no problem paying for a top of the line bracket.

I think the slab would weigh about 25 pounds. Anchor the brackets into 2x4 studs.

Fold down after use.
I looked at the catalogue and that's what I need. Need to find out how it operates, as in, ease of use.

As I recall those on pg. 1 are self-locking with a pull tab release, and those on pg. 3 are self-locking with the lever pictured as the release.
