Freezing Problem

    i have a new unit has worked properly for 4 months with no problem, now freezes up. the pressure is correct,no leaks and the unit is clean inside and out, blower speed is on high and filter is clean.

    It would be obvious to think it was a too much humidity....any of your neighbors have similar problems?

    New unit?
    Call for warranty service.

    You should ask for replacement if it is still in warranty period.
