Folks:

We are in california and moved to this house last year. Since then we are observing frequent clogged toilets (3 of it) and bathroom sink. On one of the toilets i changed wax ring. But before I call plumber and pay him by the hour, I would like to get educated on this subject.

So far I have read that
1. Toilet Paper
2. Constipated Kids
3. Vent

I am suspecting more of vent issues but would like to get more thoughts and ideas.

Your help is appreciated.

How is your house set up?
Do you have a bathroom above bathroom?
We're are your bathrooms in the home.
How many vent pipes do you have when you look at your roof?
Yes excessive toilet paper and or backed up kids can lead to issues drainage wise.

Let us know:)
Thanks

None of the bathroom is one above another. 3 bathrooms in 3 corners. 2 are upstairs and 1 is downstair.

i think there are 2 vent pipes.

Do you think a different toilet would help as these are builder toilets and house is approx 10 yrs old.

You also mention sink issues in the heading. That would indicate an issue with something common to the the toilets and the sinks. New toilets will not likely fix the issue.
