We want to convert our propane gas grill to natural gas. I see Lowes has a natural gas conversion kit: https://www.lowes.com/pd/Char-Broil...z0dpNprk6SGtsEkQEJBoCb1kQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

I had always thought that there was an orfice of some sort needed to control gas flow rate. The firepit we just acquired does say it can be used with propane or natural gas.

Just wondering if anyone has ever converted before.

Not gas grills, just comfort heating appliances.

The kit should contain all the parts, and yes the orifice is different.

In my original message I mentioned fire pit and grill. It is a fire pit I was referring too. Thanks Snoonyb

Thanks. The orifice will need to be changed and depending upon the existing regulator, it may be adjustable, if necessary.

this is not a job for handy men. If you are not licensed no not touch.
