If you live near a 50kW TV or radio transmitter tower, in principle you could suck all those kWs out of the air & use them, but there is some reason why it does not work.
However, I did hear of a farmer who put a coil on his farm under HT lines & did take usable power from the PoCo.
This is called Theft of Service.
