so I have a oil furnace. Downstairs are water radiators and up stairs is floor board heat. My furnace seems to be running fine but the floorboards and radiators do not seem to be throwing off much heat at all. I have more then enough oil. Everything was fine I went away for the weekend and when I came home the house just doesn’t seem to heat up. I left it at 65 and the house was fine. Now I can put it to 85 and I get very little heat. I was thinking I need to bleed the radiators but the floor boards being the same is what is throwing me off

lol about the hammer idea .... ;) always use one at least 2 lbs tho.

Those pump motors are so quiet, it will be hard to tell if it's running.
If it's not, the motor's dead or the sensing device that turns it on has failed, or a wire has come loose, or a wire connection is bad.
If it's running, check to see if the little coupling with the springs on it, is intact.
If not, the motor runs but doesn't turn the pump.
It's remotely possible that the pump's impeller has come off the pump shaft, too.
