Hi all! I'm responsible for a lovely old house that has a lot of deferred maintenance to be done. Some of it is stuff I can DIY, some of it is stuff I'll need to hire other people to do. I actually don't know a lot of homeowners, so I'm here to look for advice about things like "is this normal from a contractor?" and other things that I can't necessarily learn from web searches.
