My name is Shane and I'm a non-professional DIY-er residing in Katy, TX. I'm no stranger to tools, power tools, and general projects, but I'm certainly not a professional and know enough to know that I don't know enough.
I'm mostly a woodworker/craftsman and computer tech, but also do some auto mechanics wrenching, and other odds and ends projects. I'm a jack of all trades, master of none. My grandfather was the same way and taught me much of what I know while he was alive. I miss him.
Anyway, I'm glad to be here and look forward to learning and sharing with you all. Mostly learning though.
