Currently residing in a 1970 ranch house that I picked up cheap during the last house bust. $64,000.00 and worth every penny, and some days, not a cent more. Last ten years, been slowly undoing the house flipper idiocy visited upon it in the last housing boom. The doors all now actually close. Current project is to finish the bedrooms.

I think a lot, then decide, then do it.
