Wanted to say hello and looking forward to reading all the forums/comments. I have a bit of experience in new home construction and home rehad. Spent a number of years flipping homes until the marker bottomed out. I do have one more to build and will be headed to Montana to find the right spot to do it. Need to do it before I get too old to hold a hammer...
