Hi, This is my first post and I am seeking some advise on repair of the particle board/lamination/formica repair. Not sure if I am using right words to describe the problem. Horizontal Wood surface behind the kitchen faucet has some bulging. Lamination/Tile/Formica and particle board have developed some gap.

I have attached photos to show the problem area. How can I fix it?
Please advise in this regard. I need to fix it next two day.

There is no "fixing it", it needs to be removed and replaced with new.

If you are sure the wood is dry behind there turn your iron up high and put paper over the laminate and re activate the glue. Have a short block of 2x4 handy to rub it down tight while it is hot.

It won’t be perfect.

If it is dry. I would brush contact glue into the crack on both surfaces. Let it dry. Then push it back together. Rub it with a roller or stick or tap it with a rubber hammer to make sure it is tight.
