Leaking shower diverter

So it just started.
Three knob Price Pfister
Water is coming out of the tub faucet, when the knob is turned to shower.
Looks to be about 50/50.
Removed the valve and a nylon washer was broken.
Couldn't find the washer, so I got a new valve.
Installed it and still have the same problem.
Any suggestions?????

Well, had you stopped by earlier, we could have saved you the price of the DIVERTER STEM, and instead provided the enclosed diagram and directed you to page #6, illustration #11, and told you to remove and replace the seat, which would likely have solved your issue.

Well I got it worked out.
Took some measurements of everything.
The Washer for the seat was to thin.
Made in china junk.
It is suppose to seal off the two chambers, but being to thin it wasn't.
It looked like another of the same washer would fill up the space.
Of course store didn't carry it.
I found a rubber washer just about the same OD.

Had to make the center hold bigger, but that was easy.
Now it works like new.
