Steve, on your login, there should be a box to check next to your password box that says keep me logged in. Are you using a phone app or a desk top?

I too have been having this exact problem on another family forum. I'd recommend that you log in, go to the little man at the top and check "Log Out", which will clear your cookies, and try it again. It has gotten better for me, but I still have to log in occasionally. In the mean time, I'll write a customer complaint up the chain of command.

I've been told that the issue is fixed, and I would appreciate you verifying it is working for you.

It isn't fixed. When I check "stay logged in" I still have to log in every time.

Oh Hah
Same here.

Also, sometimes if I don't log in at the home page and then drill down into a thread, I find I'm magically logged in -- as happened just now.

Thank you for the update. I've sent this new information to the developer.

I am not having a problem. I had to change my password on Wed. for the new computer but it's been fine. So maybe just changing your password would help.

By the way the log in problem should be fixed. Please let me know your results after this.
