    Hi all

Is there a treatment I can apply to a wall to stop mould growing.

I live in an old rendered stone wall house without a DPC and I have to paint the walls twice a year to improve appearances.

In the future I intend to dry-line the walls but for the present I must paint them.

I have dehumidifiers in the damp rooms, the gutterings are cleaned regularly, I have reduced the ground level on the outside and installed land-drainage but I am still getting this mould coming through.

In addition, you should also consider buying some dehumidifiers that can definitely help keep your walls away from molds.
