Thanks much! I just got back from a long trip, hoping to find my stove parts waiting for me, courtesy of MR Grogan. We lost much less than you, but this confirms a very bad business! Have called the Norton police and reprted our experience to a detective there. I strongly urge you to do the same, as we are dealing with a clear case of fraud.

If you have the time can you detail your experience? I'm currently waiting to hear from the attorney general's office and I'm putting a file together for small claims. you can email me @aadolf3@excite.com . We are not the only ones, checkout chambers rangers dicussion forum, Todd White will not list him as a restorer because of complaints and Frank's local chamber of commerce has also recieved numerous complaints, thanks
