I live in an apartment, and my neighbors have small children who keep hitting things against the shared wall (concrete walls). I’m a light sleeper, and that disturbs my sleep during day time as I work night shifts.
What can be some ways to reduce that noise coming from that shared wall? I have searched online and found this acoustic panels suggestion. Is that effective?
Since I live in a rented apartment, I don’t want something that involves major work or alterations, so any suggestions of some DIY ways to block, or at least reduce, that noise coming from the wall?
