    I've got a 3 bulb candelabra base pole light that due to a bad photo eye stays on 24/7 it burns out the same 2 bulbs every 3 mnths or so is this to them staying on all the time there GE bulbs?

    That's a little over 2K hrs. What is the lamps life expectancy?

    1.4 year life is what it says on the package.

    So, at 3hrs. a day, for 2k hrs, these lamps would last 700+ days.

    Which is diminished by the heating and cooling of the filaments.

    Time to change the timer.

    Buy some LED bulbs I just bought some for a similar fixture and they draw 2 watts and they were a buck a bulb. That is if you like the light being on.
