Pro advice needed: garage door maintenance procedure?

I am seeking information on a full bore, all out, garage door simple preventive maintenance procedure. I'm talking torsion spring, cables, chain, rollers, and track!
I love how my door is so smooth and quiet and want to keep it that way. What should I use to maintain these moving parts?? Is it necessary to lube all the parts I mentioned?thanks
