Push pin artistic pattern cable guide

There are hundreds products online but no ne matches my expectations.
Since i leave in apartment, using sticky type destroys walls by peeling paint, so i prefer push pin. But There is very little choice. I was hoping to find elongated tube guides, some straight, some making corners or even more elaborate artistic turns but there seems none!!!

While, "cable guide tubes", my conjure up several images, could you expand upon your, purpose, intent, #of, from where to where.

I've uses COMMAND, for a decade, in different Goe's and never peeled any paint.
