We recently removed some carpeting from the previous owner and have hardwood floor now. There are some spots that need touch-up and I am looking to do the whole floor, but preferably without sanding. Is there a way to redo the hardwood floor without sanding? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance,

Owen

Not likly to all match if you do it this way as well, and it all depends on how bad the flooring is now.
There is no long lasting finish that's not going to involve some form of sanding.
It will look good as your applying it but will soon wear off if walked on.

If you don't sand the floor the finish just won't look as good. Sanding is what brings the whole floor down to the same level and cleans off any uneven wear or discoloration. You will end up with a much higher quality floor if you have it sanded first.

If you really want it to look great then hire this one out. By the time you go rent the equipment, pay for all the sandpaper and other materials needed it will not cost that much more and they will do a far better job then you could.
The edge sanders have a strong learning curve and if used wrong will grind a divit in that floor in a heart beat.
