Is there anything off the shelf i can use around the house on all pipes to help remove build up from over the years. Just had a slow running toilet so trying to avoid anything in the future. Something also i could use on the clean-out pipe. Thanks for any input.

If they are to the point you notice them running slow anything that would clean them will also make them leak. Last year my whole house was slow or clogged or leaking. I replaced it all with PEX tubing having never done it before in a couple days.

Anything strong enough to scale your pipes will be strong enough to cause havoc with the water system downstream. Trash your septic if you have one. Sounds like you need Roto-Rooter or the local equivalent.

I dont have a septic and all my pipes are PVC. Does that make any difference in something that i could do myself.
