Removing finish

I'm working on removing the stain/paint off my deck and am using Behr deck stripper. I applied the stripper, used a brush, and then a power washer. A lot of the stain (possibly oil based paint like substance) is still on the deck. I've tried three times using stripper and power washer with no luck. Any advice on how
To remove the rest of the finish?

I found both the Cabots and Behr deck strippers to be effective only on clear or semi-transparent deck stains. Other finishes usually require a regular paint stripper.
