I know you mean this in jest, but the Europeans, Germans mainly have been importing wood pellets from eastern NC, SC and GA to burn for electricity, because it is "carbon neutral." The way they measure it though discounts the fact that they are clear cutting forests in the SE USA to make the pellets, because they aren't being cut in Europe. It take a tree years to store the carbon that is released in a minute in a boiler.

Yes, much to do about the climate change scam.

I think it's going to be funny when all the info comes out about how much pollution is caused by manufacturing, maintaining, and disposal lithium batteries along with how inefficient going all electric is.

There are scientists already raising alarm about this, but they aren't "politically correct" scientists so they won't be listened to... until the US has rolling black outs all the time where we are like a third world country where we get 2 to 4 hours of electricity each day.

These elites of course (in both parties) will have electricity 24/7 cause they are so much more important than us peasants

We are continually misled about carbon dioxide. The indoctrination of school curricula, the ignorance of the public and the well-crafted lies of radical environmentalists and politicians have wrongly demonized CO₂ .

Yep, it seems they would use this as a vehicle to bring the world under one world governance as the United Nation describes it.

This directly conflicts with the US Constitution so Americans have a choice to make...

Yes, I used to scrap appliances, but only scrap copper, aluminum, and brass, Only do small stuff now... But when I was doing the big appliances, I was selling the dryer drums as fireplaces. They did a great job with a fireplace outside...

I recently told some “Green” friends when they offered me a soda at their home, no thanks I don’t like releasing the CO2 into the atmosphere. They said what? And told me it can’t be the same CO2. lol.

They looked puzzled and I said plus you wouldn’t want that nasty CO2 in your body it is bad enough you breathe it out.

That's a good one!

I'm amazed that the green peoples are no claiming that carbon dioxide is damaging the environment considering humans exhale carbon dioxide.

I guess before long they are going to ban breathing by humans... not for them of course, just for the rest of us

I made up a joke for the green peoples... about there being good paying job openings now for those wanting to fight "climate change" to install filters in to the butts of cattle.

This filter will help trap flatulence so it does not escape into the atmosphere... and extra bonus pay is provided for installing filters in to horse's butts cause sometimes horses kick when someone is messing around with their hinder quarters.

Some young peoples will actually believe all this since it seems like the green thang to do! :)

It's funny to spread this joke around and it's surprising that some will actually believe this is a real thing! I might want to go get a paternt on this idea cause... this might very well become a real thing who knows?

Saw an ad the other day for a bacteria that will do everything dentists currently do... rejuvenate teeth, fix cavities, etc... but when you click on it the next page switches from bacteria to minerals for your teeth... I gave a copy to my dentist when I went there this morning...

CO2 isn't poisonous and plants love to eat it... and then give off oxygen...
But CO2 is heavier than air and can collect in low places displacing the air and then you can suffocate in that low spot...

My farmer cousins build their fires inside a giant old steel wheel off a tractor... it radiates lots of heat once it gets hot... While controlling the bottom 'draft' air so the fire doesn't burn too quickly...

Back when I was in the market for a fire pit, and saw how much they cost, I was looking at every hoop-shaped metal object I came across with an eye for this kind of thing. Sadly my washer/dryer were both operating perfectly. But luckily I eventually found a $40 fire pan at Menards that was just the right size, and portable which turned out to be good because I don't have a dedicated spot for fires.

A built in feature of old wheels... just tip them up and roll them where you want it...

Not from a dryer but I thought this use of WWII landing mat was interesting.

I meant without leaving behind a circle of burnt earth and ashes. I can pick up my firepan the next morning, put it back under my grill, and it's like there was never a fire at all.

I torched the half round end off a locomotive air tank and then buried the tank in the ground open end up. It is about 250 gallon tank. I used it as a grease trap right before my sand mound. The end I cut off I welded 3 legs on and it became our outdoor fire pit. it had a 2" tapped hole in the center and was perfect for air and to drain water and the ash would drop out into a bucket below.
