Can anyone please help me identify why my furnace is making a loud obnoxious buzzing noise? It just started a few moments ago and is still heating the home, it’s just the noise it’s just annoying and sounds like something is malfunctioning. It is very sudden and random

Sound of the transformer probably, get a cheapie stethoscope from harbor freight and probe around, just be careful not to short anything out. Put the end on the housing of the components.

I noticed it stopped when you removed the filter.
Sounds like something is rubbing on the blower motor blades (like a baseball card in bike spokes).
Look in the filter compartment and see what it might come in contact with to cause interference.

Is this an electricon filter?
They generate static charges, which will grab dirt that is blowing by.
Sometimes a big particle or dead bug or big piece of dust will keep getting current.
Sort of like a bug zapper.
You can rinse out the filter to fix that.
Be gentle.

Might be a dirty filter warning if it's not allowing enough air to pass...
