Siding problems

Hello everyone, hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

I have a question to ask about siding.

I had new siding installed on my house. After the siding install, I am noticing moisture on my windows and even in some of my bedroom floors. This has never been an issue before the new siding.

Contractor used extruded polystyrene insulation board, no house wrap. Siding is CertainTeed Monogram.

Was the contractor supposed to use house wrap as well?

Far more likely the home is more air tight now so there's some issues with something going on inside the home.
Unvented gas heater, no vent in the bathroom, or no gap under the door for make up air if there is a fan, not leaving the fan on a few min. after a shower.
