So much water

5 year old home/window. I had one contractor out to look at the window and they indicated it was flashed correctly but that maybe the window frame was cracked (they saw clear sealant when they pulled off siding and looked below flashing). If there is strong wind during a rainstorm the water comes into the house at the top of the window. From what I am reading it sounds like it may not be an issue with the window. Any suggestions?

Those pictures are useless to make any suggestions.
Need some of the outside in the day light, even then without some pictures of what was done with the siding removed were all going to have to just guess.
