The screw is a socket head cap screw.
Any hardware or box store will have them.
Going to need to take the screw with you to match up the lenght, size and number of threads.
Most likely 1/4-20.
There's hundreds of different sets of drill bits avalible, depends on what type work you plan on doing with them.
By the sounds of the questions you asking, I'm guessing first time home owner.
If so I'd suggest a set like this.

Then you would have every type of bit you would ever need.
As far as a drill, I'd suggest going with a drill, impact driver combo with no less than 18 volts instead of just a drill.
I use my drill driver far more then my drill.

You got it. I quickly learned that I could no longer rely on a landlord to do repairs. It was do them myself or pay to have someone do the repairs. Guess what, it's really expensive when you hire someone to do them. I better learn quickly.

I think this is the drill I ended up buying:

I bought it at my local hardware store. Now all I need are the bits. I didn't buy them at the same store because I can get a better set online.

This is the bit set I'm thinking of getting:

Now, see, this confuses me. I started shopping for a drill and then realized that there are different kinds. What is the difference in the drills you're talking about.

Thanks for your responses.
