What is wrong with my tree is it dying?

Looks like arborvitae, probably just dropping needles from heat and drought.
Water it about ten slow released gallons a week during weather like this.

It will get tougher as it gets older, but all shrubs and trees need help in heat and drought.

i noticed a lot of bunny’s around I was hoping they didn’t cause it to start dying.
