I have a Maxim lighting fixture with two rings of lights, linked here: https://www.hortonshome.com/eternity-led-led-pendant-in-polished-chrome-16-39777bcpc/
The larger ring of lights stopped working after moving it to a new house, so I ordered a replacement set of LED printed circuit boards from the manufacturer. After installing, it had a noticeably brighter white color than the smaller ring. I then bought a replacement set for the smaller ring, thinking they would match, but again the same issue. They both have the same specs: Epistar/Sanan-3014, 0.2W w/ 3000K. I thought maybe the driver was bad, but when I wire up each ring individually to the power source, the smaller ring still has a duller white while the outer ring will have a brighter white when hooking that one up by itself.
Could the wiring itself by faulty? I would think it would be all or none, either the lights would turn on or they wouldn't. Any other ideas?
