Un responsive HOA

I live in a condo and our ceiling has gotten worse since we've moved in. There was a crack, almost like there was a missing beam in the attic, along the ceiling in the living room that had obviously been patched. Over the last few months, it started to re-crack. The HOA said they would cover any work that needs to be done in the attic, which is likely what would happen if we called a repair man. However, over 10 calls and E-mails to our HOA, and still no response. I honestly don't know what to do at this point.

Does your board meet every month?
If so, attend the next meeting.

And if they do not have a period of open discussion, you may need to have your complaint placed on the agenda, and there is a specific process outlined in your copy of the CC&R"S.
