The mobile app does not respond instantly to the change. Can you go to a mobile browser? It will work there just fine.

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling to make sure it picked up the change.

Ah, I see. Have you tried the site on the mobile browser to see how that would be for you?

I'm using an android ap off the ap store. I can access fine using the full site version. I normally use the android app.
