Well, Boxing is different... Almost everyone there is jacked while the UFC is more "technical" with Judo and Jiu Jitsu being most of the Fighter's disciplines... Of course with MMA standing for Mixed Martial Arts, anybody in any discipline that was good enough could compete... I just haven't seen a "Full Time" Boxer... They might as well call the UFC "Jiu Jitsu"...
Yeah, they have like 400 in the family! You probably remember when Ultimate Fighting Championship first started, they thought a wrestler wouldn’t stand a chance against a boxer, karate guy, or any stand up fighter. Boy were they wrong! Royce Gracie dominated UFC for several years in the beginning by taking the fight to the mat. He used Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He changed everything. Our department started teaching “Grappling “ as part of our tactical defense. Every fight I ever saw always ended up on the ground.
The thing that got me about Royce Gracie is that…I was in high school wrestling. The one thing you did not want to do was to end up on your back. That’s how you would lose is by being pinned. Royce Gracie fought on his back! He won his UFC matches on the mat and on his back!

My Legs and Democrat mascot still hurt wickedly because of all the gimping around I have had to do for 8 days, but it's more like I had a heavy day in the Gym yesterday and I'm paying for it.
Too early of course, but if THAT impacts Inflammation that fast, being that all 4 are Anti-Inflammatory, I will be drinking that maybe twice a day forever, whether I feel like I need it or not... I'm not even thinking about the Hundreds of other benefits to the 4.
And it tastes good... Need the Honey to combat the Turmeric, but it's all good.
