What is the best way to fill concrete block

Hello,

I am looking for advice. We removed some concrete blocks walls around my porch and driveway. Now I have several holes that I would like to fill in. What is the best material for this situation? I am considering epoxy the porch when done.

I read that new concrete would explain and contrast at a different rate than the old concrete. Would mortar be a better solution?

 

Reguler premixed Sakrete will work fine.
