Where can I find a fan like this?

Older home with this fan. It works but it’s old and the wiring is in bad shape. It’s 16” x 16” and fits right into the glass blocks to vent air out of the basement, I plan to use it to bring fresh air in from the other side on nice days.

Any tips for a replacement? It doesn’t have to look like this or be metal.

You can likely find a new motor, they are available everywhere.
Match rpms, rotation direction, and horse power.

Also get correct shaft diameter and length.

And with capacitor or without.

Exact diameter of the body is probably important, they are often held by a cinch type of belly band.

If it works, I'd simply repair and dress it up.
