There are three screws to make adjustments on the ice maker.
I forget which screws do what.
Anyone have a diagram to show it????

It's a Kenmore.
Ice maker model is WPW10715708.
I tried to find it on-line.
Found some information, but they don't tell which of the three screws do what.
I'm probably due to replace the filter.
Hollow ice, ice sections stuck together. Sometimes.
Sometimes it works fine.

hollow ice sounds like not enough water , replace filter .

If I were you and there's literally no info on the internet... I'll do trial and error. Switch the screws one at a time and see what happens to the ice.

If I recall hollow ice occurs when the ice maker dumps before freezing solid.
