Pic tells more .
Old one had 2 rows of 3 leads an new has rows of 4 .

Are they labeled on the old or the new NO NC normally open , normally closed. If they are then pick the correct ones for the switch over. If not you can check continuity with the relay energized and not and figure it out. The schematic shows the new one.

I have 3 rows of 4 ..their pic shows
9 - as 3 rows of 3 ..
Does this imply i just wire to the 3rd one an leave 4th open [or like old one no 4th tab in it ]?
Yea i can do a ohms test but wanted to ask if how its hooked up is ok .
I skipped 3rd an put on 4th ..maybe i need to move it to 3rd?

This is how its wired now..
The 2 sets of wires [brown/white an 2 yellow ]go to defrost board an defrost stat. To engage it .
