wood/clad window replacement

I have a double hung/ double window, one of the windows on one side is loose on the track and the wood interior frame is split. The other window that is on the other side is fine. The windows are low e/argon and the maker is Bonneville. They no longer make this type 1996 Can I replace the window on one side or will I have to replace the double window?

Hope you found the answer by now.
usually a local window company can get a replacement. Take the window in, or let them come out.Someone needs to see it.
