Try adding as many lights in corners, and have them facing outwards kind of...it creates more light for a wider area. Just a tip.

I would think that the smell has something to do with the previous flood, maybe something did dry out perfectly enough.

real curtains would make a huge difference, cleaning obviously. and getting rid of the bunk bed.

i usually just get a piece of tin-foil and roll it up into a tight little ball. home-made play toy.

my niece has that perfume, we actually got her a whole set of each small bottle for Christmas last year.

I don't see why you couldn't do that. I would move the towel rack slightly to the side so it's not directly above it.

leaving it cracked open is a very good idea. i have had a true burn on my hand when the sun has been setting down too hard on my house
