I have a 2300 sq. ft. home that is in a very desirable area and I pay $1200 a year in property tax. Homes in my area are selling for about $125 per sq. ft. average, so I believe we have low property taxes.

Some people are too hard headed. You can show them what is selling that is comparable to their property and they do not care. A real estate agent makes no money until the property sells.

Well, they have to earn money for their services. You need to be one to appreciate what they do.

Why do you want an electric glass cooktop? I just purchased one and miss my old cooktop with coils. You could use any type pot on it. I have to be so careful with the glass one. It is pretty, but that is all I can say for it.

Oh, well it is a pain! I like for my cooktop to stay looking brand new. Coils with drip pans were much easier to keep clean.

THIS IS NOT ETHICAL! If this is the case then it should be disclosed to the buyer up front. We must give buyer and seller a pamphlet which describes our duties to them and this would certainly be in it if we charged this fee. I think it is ridiculous to charge such a fee to buyers.

I have had customers who wanted something we did not have on the market, so I would call everyone I knew with property similar to what buyer is looking for and ask them if they would consider selling their property. They say yes and buyer gets what they want. Of course, I do not charge seller...

Jeff, thanks for the info. The white marks must not be water because I have to really scrub to get off. I have to leave a wet paper towel over marks for a long time and keep scrubing it off and on to get off.

Quartz which is an engineered stone. Brands are Zodiac, Silestone, Hanstone You never have to seal it like you do granite. Darker colors look more like granite.
