Would a concrete porch, about 50 years old, need to be sealed or etched before applying the UFC 30? Also, I have a spot that is spalling. Can I just fill it in and roll over it? What is the texture of it once finished? Feel kind of like tools when they are dipped in the plastic coating? Thanks
