I'm hearing that the box stores are not very helpful after the fact if they didn't do the install. I don't know how helpful they are if they DO install cabinets either, for that matter, but figured I'd give a heads up.
The doors and faces aren't real at all? If they were, you'd still have trouble wiht the finished ends, but you could get oak veneer and stick that on the exposed sides (the two over the sink) and finish them.
If NOTHING is real wood, you're kind of outta luck I'd say, unless you went somehow...
We carry Diamond Distinction, which is also a Masterbrand line. They are semi custom, and very nice cabinets. Decora is a little pricier, and so I imagine they are even better. Perhaps more customizable. I think they might be comparable to our Bertch line, and the Bertch line is VERY nice.
There are several places to buy cabinets online you may want to check out, our site included. There are directions on our site about how to measure. A lot of the manufacturers make the boxes in 3" increments, so centering under the window shouldn't be a problem. You can also get filler strips...
Anyone looked into cement countertops? I've read some articles online (can't remember the links right now) and it's pretty awesome. You can do them yourself if you're brave.

I know of one company that tried making laminates that allowed for undermounted sinks, and there were some field tests, but they gave up in the end. I've heard no more on the subject since.
